After getting a smart phone last month, I realized my visual voicemail wasn’t set up and I wasn’t getting notifications when I had voicemail. I could dial in by pressing * but the visual voicemail isn’t available. I called att on Monday, December * and was on the phone with technical support for more than an hour. I was told I would be transferred to advanced support but instead I was transferred to another rep, she spent more time on my issue and said she’s sending it to engineering department for advanced issues. She promised they would text me with the resolution in ** hours. That was five days ago. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this lack of service and broken promises. I’ve been with att for more than ** years and this is unacceptable. I need this issue fixed immediately.
