I’m contacting to you, in hopes of reaching agreement for recent phone call made to my wife in Japan. If you look at my past ** years history, I have never ever made such an expensive phone calls nor would I ever intentionally do so. Please allow me to explain what happened, my wife and I live in Japan I was in United States because my mother was at the hospital and was very ill. I only use wireless or FaceTime to make phone calls as I do not have an international call plan in place nor do I want one. On November * my mother passed away while I was at the hospital my wife called me on FaceTime and I thought I was returning her call on FaceTime but apparently I had walked away from the wireless connection just minutes after She died. I did not know it was not connected through FaceTime using wireless. My recent bill reflected a very expensive $**** phone call much to my Amazement.**My ask Is that you take the circumstances into consideration and please allow me a courtesy credit for this will never happen again. Thank you for your consideration and understanding in this matter, hopefully you can post a credit to the recently paid November statement.**Regards,**Kevin Watson**P.S.
