I have repeatedly tried to call *** *** **** in order to discuss my account per several letters I received from AT&T.*I constantly get the message that "all agents are busy" followed by some really disgusting music after which the phone will ring and I am promptly hung up on. NO ONE IS THAT BUSY!!!!!!! My contract expires in a few days and I really do not appreciate this type of deplorable service. I am also curious as to why my phone service expires in December and my lease runs from July thru July. I installed the phone service when I leased the suite about nine years ago not six months after I leased it. I currently still have DSL internet and I know the building that I am in has recently been wired for fiber, and this DSL service is really pretty crappy. My name is Pat Martell and my phone number is ***-***-****. A response would be greatly appreciated.
