April * **** - I was offered a promotion for my current package $**.***month plus free premium channels and sports pack for ** months. I have had ongoing issues with our bill since April but usually resolved after a lengthy phone call that I prompted. This current issue however, has not been resolved. I received a bill this month for $***.**. When i inquired about it, I have been told that the promotion is not available. The promotion should be ongoing as offered for the ** months which would be April ****. I am extremely frustrated with this and I see that many other customers have the same concerns. It is unethical business practice to offer a promotion for ** months and not honor it. If this is not resolved, I do plan to take the issue further. Please advise. Also please advise me on why the customer has to chase down every incorrect bill? Spend several hours on the phone or on a chat session going round and round with this? Offer something? Great! Honor it! Don't just try to get by hoping the customer doesn't realize the inaccurate bill and then tell them the offer doesn't exist any longer. I do have notes, screenshots, and recordings of all of my dealings with representatives.
