I am writing with great concern regarding my service with Directv. I have been a Directv customer for * years with account ending in ****. Previous to this account I had service with you in another location for ** years. *In October ****, I had received phone calls from “AT&T” regarding an outstanding balance. I was disregarding those calls because I did not have AT&T as a service provider for anything. After receiving many calls I returned the call assuming someone had stolen my identity. After I spoke with the sales rep I was told that Directv is now AT&T. I was made aware that the credit card on file was no longer working. I have had the same American Express on file for the past * years with no issues. I explained I wasn’t sure of the issue and requested a paper bill. I made them aware that once I received that paper bill, payment would be mailed via check. One week later you decided to SHUT OFF my service. Again I have been with Directv for * years and have never had one late payment. I called Directv and made a payment (using my American Express card that you said didn’t work) my tv was restored.*In November ****, I received an email regarding a late payment. I was unsure why I received this email because I never received a paper bill in the mail. Once again I called AT&T regarding this issue. I was told that the entire company switched to paperless billing and an email was sent out. I never received an email regarding this and the representative could not tell me when it was sent. Once again, I requested a paper bill and explained payment would be made. The rep assured me that I would start to receive a paper bill monthly. *In December ****, I received a statement email with my bill. The bill due date is **********. Today is ********* and I have not received a paper bill. Once again I called AT&T on ********* and spoke with Alex. I asked Alex when the bill was mailed because I have not received it. I was told the paper bill was not sent and he would send it to me. At that time I requested to speak to a manager. A manger was not available and I was told I would receive a call back…..which I never received. *To say that I am disgusted with the service I have been receiving is an understatement. I have never in my life had as many issues with a company as I have had with yours. I take credit extremely seriously and have never been late on a payment in my life. I have an outstanding credit score and your company continues to make it impossible for me to pay my bill. *I have since started recording all conversations with the representatives of your company, as well as taking notes and names. I will be taking this issue to a further level if the billing and service does not get resolved. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking for other cable services, and will continue to keep Verizon Wireless as my cell phone provider as I have received nothing but a headache from AT&T. ***Sincerely, *Kristin Conforth *** Stone Hill Road *Hamburg, NJ ******(***)***-******Account ending ****
