I am concerned someone hacked my account. I received * emails from AT&T this morning that I requested a change in my service. I did that over * months ago. I moved and my service moved with me. I made no requests. Worried because AT&T had a different phone number in my account and the passcode that I have had for years was incorrect. I spent ** minutes on the phone only to be disconnected. My cell * is ***-***-****.
GetHuman-timheiny did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
