Help with my AT&T issue

The issue in GetHuman-tonypt's own words
On April there was a charge to my checking account when I had already changed my charge info to my credit card and was still charge through my checking account even thou they said they would delete that charge info but it was not done and I got charged and my bank charged me ** dollars late fee. I called the next day to pay the *** dollars with my credit card again and made sure they would not use my checking account again. But! apparently they did it again and of course I was charged anther ** dollars insufficient fund from the bank. When I called att they denied charging my checking account and said they charged my credit card. Then they did it again the following month I called again they said they did not charge my checking account that they used my credit card. I had to go into my online account and found that the info for my checking account was not deleted and I had to deleted it my self. Now I explained to the manager at the corporate office in Dallas and he said to send him the bank statements through fax and they could give me credit for the *** dollars because they could not send me an error letter to give to my bank. But to no avail I sent the fax already * times and in Aug. I got charged a ridiculous fee of ** dollars. now I got charged another fee for * dollars it is adding up. If this matter is not taking care of I am going to be suspended and I will take my business else where.
