I'm having a problem when I call your customer service line. I'm not an AT&T customer so I just keep getting caught up in the automated loop, and yesterday when I finally got a person on the line after ** mins of runaround, I was disconnected within ** secs. Very frustrating. **My debit card was hacked at the beginning of the month & a $**.** charge to AT&T was among the fraudulent charges. I have been trying to resolve this for * weeks. Please tell me what to do. I did manage to call a customer service rep ** or so days ago who told me I'd need to provide the card number of the debit card (which had subsequently been destroyed so I had to call my bank to get it) and the amount of the charge in order for AT&T to do a trace on the charge. I have that info now but can't get anyone on the phone to fix the problem! Please advise. Thank you.
