I moved. Not first time with Direct TV*ATT. Put service on ** day suspension until In a new house. Within the ** days checked back regularly to verify it continue. With about * weeks of the departure from my house to my temporary location, I was notified of a start of service. I contacted your customer service and was assured that the suspension of services was still in place. Then the bill for nearly $***.** arrived. I called and * hrs. later assured all fixedly! I continue to pay my wireless bill in good faith. Got paper notice of * months service suspension unto I get into a house in new city. Got new bill , late charge and notice of pass due. I have been on phone with various reps ,* so far since *:** my time EST USA. It is approaching *:pm now...on hold. I paid my wireless bill...it was credited to direct tv balance referred to earlier, showing still owing a balance on the past due and still needed to pay for my wireless which I just paid. I have been subjected to every line that comes up on the monitor for your rep. To read for * calls with holding time and finally told credit come in * business cycles, in the meantime pay full amount even for incorrect charges and trust us to credit your account. This is the only way to remove the past due. I am surprised that ATT and Direct TV want o repeat of the **** news broadcast of customer service screwups!
