My internet service was not connecting , a technician came out and downgraded my speed from * to the lowest speed ( basic *). I have been a loyal customer for many years and have direct tv & * cell phones with AT&T.I was assured I would be paying the same price for my service which is about $**. My bill is now $** for the slowest speed ?!I have talked to at least * to * associates since August *, **** . I have many dates, times and names of my calls. I was promised that someone from loyalty dept, supervisors would contact me back and yet I’m still waiting . It’s been weeks. All I want to do is keep my bill at $** and ok with the slowest speed& it’s been impossible ! I have never experienced employees who DO NOT have the customers best interest in mind.Instead of trying to sell more products they should consider the issue the customer is having .I pay my bills on time , a loyal AT&T customer for many, many years. I would appreciate if someone from Corporate* Customer Service would please get back to me a soon as possible . I would like to remain your customer.
