On August *, **** my DSL service stopped working during a thunderstorm. After calling DSL support it was determined that a service technician would need to be dispatched. The earliest appointment was for the afternoon of August *. I made numerous phone calls on that day but no technician responded. I was told that my service ticket would be pushed to the next day and receive priority. Once again, no one responded on the *th either. I called in multiple times again to inquire and complain. The excuse that I have heard for the last * days is that the technician is delayed because of high call volume in my area. That is simply not an excuse I am willing to hear anymore. I am about to waste my third day in a row waiting for some one to restore my service.**The other thing is that you need a complete re-work of your customer service phone protocols. When a customer has to call in as much as I do, we really don't appreciate the "script" your people work off of. You need to hire a bunch of customers to be consultants in this area.**Bottom line, your customer service stinks.
