We changed our AT&T plan in January from my late husband's account to mine. Joseph died in October ****. It took four years to make the change. Now nothing works. His bill was not forgiven. Our bills are crazy. When I call Customer Service they are rude beyond belief every single time. My phone is not sending about half the text I try to send. Today I tried to change our payment arrangement. Your representative would not address my questions. He just kept making these horrible remarks about how late we were in paying our bill. He was whistling on the phone, whistling. Maybe if I understood the darn bill or got responses for my questions I could pay it on time. When I asked about a different plan or the technical issues he said none of that would happen until I paid the bill. When I asked about splitting the editing the payment arrangement to pay half on the **th and the remainder on the **th he became insulting. He was not interested in helping with anything he was just interested in humiliating me. We have been customers for well over ** years but none of that shows on our new account.
