I called a customer service of AT&T because when I signed up with the lady she didn't tell me that if your service get suspended you're required to pay the full amount why make three payments to bring it down to a hundred and seven and I try to make payment arrangements with customer service and they want to be rude and say what no one tells you not to pay your bill so you can't make payment arrangements once is shut off so I tried to explain to them that the lady who signed me updated tell me and they said that that's not their job to tell you especially they didn't know if you're not going to pay your bill and honestly think that's very rude for them to say that and not help me because now it's going to get a hold this connection which y'all got charged $*** so now I'm going from *** to *** just because y'all guys don't want to work a payment arrangement of *** from calling and complaining because your people don't know how to talk to customers right even help people
