Okay so I wanted to make a make a payment arrangement and I talked to the customer service and the lady said that she couldn't do nothing about it because it was suspended the lady who signed me up for the services didn't tell me that if you get your service suspended you have to pay the whole amount and because I couldn't pay the whole amount now they're going to charge me $*** which is ridiculous and then your customer service wants to hang up on me and tell me that well that's not our problem you can't pay your bill which is really rude because your people shouldn't be talking to customers like that and all I all I was asking for is a *-day extension because I don't get paid till the *st and they want to sit there and hang up on me and my face
