I am ready to go to the hospital with chest pains. I have been talking thru chat and again on the phone with customer support today. I asked for a payment arrangement. I was told by att to bring the * devices to a corporate store. I brought them to Deptford nj. I was then told to take back by Tyreek the manager. he said sorry but ATT customer service advised me wrong and I have to ship to assurion. I shipped the phones out July **th. Thursday the **th I spoke to a very nice gentlemen. he told me services are restored. I explained I am a single mother of a ** year old special needs boy. he is away at camp. he told me to deduct the pricing of the phones for now and pay what is owed. which I paid on Friday. I am still waiting for the credit for the returned phones to be issued, I assume after assurion processes the return. in the meantime there is a new bill. I called * x today and did chat because I am in work. I asked for a payment arrangement. the fella on the phone was so ignorant. he heard me fine when he was asking for a payment, as soon as I explained he said he couldn't hear me. then he kept saying sorry but if you bring the phones to a store we will notate the account. basically he wasn't listening to me at all. operator * MZ*FYH* - Eric I told him I have been a customer ** years. my son is special needs, I am in a panic if service stops the camp cannot get me. all I asked for was a payment arrangement, by the time the payment is due I am positive the phone charges will not be on the bill any more. that's what I am asking about, a payment arrangement. he said I broke the last one. I said no I didn't, att told me to bring phones to store, then I had to ship and it caused delays. can someone please help me. is there no compassion to a struggling single mom with a special needs child. your customer service rep was not nice.
