How to lose customers by *ATT @ATTCares (I don’t think so!) My Internet was working fine as was my Att UVerse and my three cell phones before Mr ATT technician shows up in our neighbor two weeks ago and promptly cuts the service to three neighbors homes plus us - upon speaking with Mr Technician he tells me “nothing to do with him” and that I need to lodge a ticket, upon requesting him to take a look at what he did I got the same response - “you need to lodge a ticket” *After complaining on *ATT @ATTcares a Senior Technician comes out and shows me what a terrible job his guy had done and he does a “temporary” fix in the process telling me that “This is going to cost a lot of money ** to fix” - his temporary fix lasted ** hours and has now been useless for the past ** days! *After again complaining on *ATT @ATTCares I am told that “it’s is all good because I have an open ticket!” I am just so excited I can’t contain myself - what I really have is a totally hopeless internet account and a worthless account support team who really could care less about an account they have had for more than ** years**Remember the Roy Orbison Classic *“Its Over!”.......
