I sent this email to ATT reps(ac***x) and Chelsey(CD****) and no response. I need help! *Tony and Chelsea:*I spoke to you(Tony) in mid April about moving my business. You suggested we set up temp lines so we had a seamless transfer(wiring to new location was done in advance of transfer of my exisiting lines. On May **th the wiring was done and temp lines installed. On May **th the transfer of my existing lines occurred. I worked with Chlesea in insuring this happened correctly. I know have received a $****.** bill for temp lines! Apparently, the order was placed and a contract was put in place. The bill is entirely wrong. $****.** for early termination. Long Distance Charges of $**.**, Taxes of $***.** and $** per line. I understand I would be charged for wiring however, never indicated wanted new service, long distance etc. *Initally the temp line order * I was provided was NR***FCO*Transfer Order was *trbgbt***I called billing today to let them know that was bill was a huge error. They indicated that I needed to speak directly to you. If they put thru a credit request it would most likely not be approved. I spent over an hour on the phone to be told this. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!*Bulldog Fence has been with ATT for over ** years. We have all services with you all. I simply am asking for an immediate correction to this bill. I never agreed to contract. I agreed to temp lines to prewire before transfer.
