WE HAVE BEEN WITH SPRINT FOR OVER ** YEARS AND WANTED TO TRY AT&T FOR A BETTER RATE.I CALLED TWO WEEKS AGO AND SIGNED UP WITH THEM.I PAID *** TO GET THE SERVICE STARTED.SENT TWO EMAILS CONCERNING WHAT I WAS PROMISED AND THE RESPONSE CAME BACK BLANK.FINALLY SPOKE TO AN AGENT AND HER RESPONSE WAS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THE REP TOLD ME.ANOTHER REP CALLED ASKING MY HUSBAND FOR OYR PIN NUMBER TO OUR SPRINT ACCOUNT.HE TOLD THEM THEY NEEDED TO CALL BACK BECAUSE I HANDLE THAT.NEVER RECIEVED A CALL. STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE PHONES .CALLED THIS AM AND SPOKE TO A REP WHOM PUT ME ON HOLD.HE CAME BACK SAYING HE NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH BILLING.THE PHONE HUNG UP AND I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK.CALLED THE *** * AND HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR ** MINS SO FAR.THIS IS TERRIBLE FOR BUSINESS .NEVER EVER HAVE I HAD THIS TYPE OF PROBLEMS WITH SPRINT.AS OF TODAY WE STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE PHONES I PAID FOR,TWO WEEKS AGO
