The issue in GetHuman-ritterbe's own words
In the pass I had lots of problems with att and to resolved it I had to go to corporate office and took about two months to resolve issues like things they did to my account without my permission. My internet promotion is about to expire on may **, I have the word of att that my internet which is not the fastest one will stay at a lower rate, now they want to go higher to **.** a month which I think is not fair not after all what I have gone through with them. Now I am paying **.**, they took away my fastest internet that they promised when I had all those problems and it did not matter that I talked to them. If I go with another provider it will be worst, and probably will have more problems. I now have also my wireless with them too. I am a customer with att for more than ** years, and with an immaculate credit record paying my bills on time and ahead of time. The only solution they offer today was combined both wireless and internet and saving me only five dollars, when they did this before without my permission I had a lot of problems.
GetHuman-ritterbe did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
