I started a chat that I got the information online with customer service and they said they could not help me. When the chat ended I could not get back to the number that they left because your chat services not allow you to go backwards. After they drop to me I found a number to call and they told me I could and it would cost me nothing. I am being charged for something I don't even know what type of account or what it is period and you are asking me what I have done to solve the problem that by the way is not even my problem you are billing my account that I know nothing about, the type, phone, internet, how would you suppose I attack and solve your problem when I don't even know what you're charging me for?? I did do what you ask, sorry per my request and I sent you my telephone number which you verified. you have not done anything to solve your problem with my financial institution. Have someone who understands something use the telephone number that I sent you, and you verified the number, and call it. I will not hesitate to contact the Texas Attorney General's office to dispute * charge that I already see you charged me and still I have not heard several requests spoken to a human being as of this message. I cannot fix something I have no information about. Have someone use the number that you requested use it contact me and resolve this issue. or give me someone else who can actually understand English language or some other means "THAT", I am not required to do leg work for the company that has taken money from me .

stop charges, and recover those charges ... My financial institution is being debited by AT&T and they are taking money out of my personal checking account without my permission and I don't have an account with AT&T. I need to speak to someone personally. Thank you

Yes I have started something on my end my Bank has the charges under fraud investigation. your idea of customer service is ridiculous I do not have time or patience to answer any more questions you have my email address and my telephone number verified by you use them preferably the telephone number not preferably definitely.
