Hi,*I opened my internet bill this evening and it was almost ** times the normal amount. I am disable and am on the plan monthly that is $** monthly. When I opened my online bill the amount was $***.** . Please can someone help me with this. I have not ordered anything different or made any changes to my service. There are two people that have my internet password but I recently changed it back to the router but no one should have my billing information as that is a separate password.* Thank You
