I can’t get a human on the phone so let me try this. I have had difficulty all month with having my payment being accepted. I paid the minimum amount due on ****** and it’s cleared on my bank account, but my service was disconnected Friday night. Yes, I’m behind, but my payment should have taken care of this month, so I’m thinking it’s related to your computer still thinking I haven’t paid. I’m on a fixed income and I paid what I budgeted. Right now I have .** cents to my name so I can’t pay anything more until my next paycheck on ***. Please can I speak to a person? I’ve tried five numbers and they’re all the same automated recordings.
