I have a billing issue and my account still has not been credited. I have called on this matter and spoke to a supervisor and have a chat transcript saying my billing issue is fixed. But still my account is not credited for the *** dollars. I chatted on *** **** and spoke on the phone on December **th **** with a supervisor. My name is William Lauck and my cell number is ********** and this is the account where i am suppposed to receive a credit . I was charged incorrectly the full *** on my replacement device and. Supervisor called me december **th and spoke to me on the phone about this issue already and said the discount of *** dollars will be given to me instead of the *** deductable. Still nothing credited to my account. Then january *st i chatted with a agent named arnaldo for the *nd time about my problem for the wrong price of the deductable given to me. So why has my credit not posted yet? * separate occasions i have contacted att wireless support on my billing but still i have * credit which was told would happen immediately for me. Why the delay? I suffered alot from my replacement device being lost and the supervisor whom called me on December **th **** felt bad and gave me the cheapest price she could for my replacement device but still no credit on my account ? Is there a delay in the credit ? I cant pay *** this month total for my tv, internet and wireless. I already reached out on * occassions and both people said i would be credited this month but still my bill as of ******** is still showing * credit given back to my phone deductable. It makes * sense why at&t promises things will be ok but on my current bill nothing still shows my credit of *** dollars back for the discount given to me for my phone deductable . This is now the *rd time im reaching out to someone about this. Here is the chat transcript. **Arnaldo*:*We will put this as priority to post the credit as soon as possible.**You*:*i can barely afford *** for this let alone a extra *** . this was already explained over the phone and why i am billed *** boggles my mind because literally i spent over * hour discussing this situation and waiting to chat and then at&t called me because of high chat volumes**You*:*when will the *** be credited???**You*:*i want to make sure its credited prior to me paying the bill because im on a tight tight tight budget for the next few months**Arnaldo*:*I completely understand.
