I have thus far spoken to TWO agents for over an hour each. Both assured me everything wa taken care of. I have long distance and they were charging me anyway. Very frustrating because today I got notice att is about to bill me for the overcharge. She said it was taken care off. It’s a LOT of money and I am a teacher. Hundreds of dollars. I don’t know why they keep saying it’s taken care of and ITS NOT. Very upset.
