I have called three days and tryed to get to speak to a manager again. I had a manager and i have the name of him....told me if we could get another phone call back and he would take care of it. And since that day i have been promised to be called back by manager and rep and that has not happened and now another day and was not let talk to a manager again. I dont understamd what the issue is that they can not just talk to that manager and get this mess straightened out once and for all. This has left a very bad hardship on a disabled customer and still can not get results. Should not hire managers that can not for fill their duties correctly. This is really bad customer service....the worst i have ever seen.
