I currently have four lines on my AT&T account (* iPhones & * iPads). I have been having the following problems:**. I have never received the discount for my DIRECTV NOW service and HBO, so I've been paying full price for over a year when I originally signed up HBO was free and the DRIECTV Now was only $**. **. I can't enroll in the Data Perks. It states that my account "has to be in good standing and be enrolled in text messaging". It is. **. I am about to deploy and tried to unlock the iPad I bought (certified refurbished) last week. The IMEI number "doesn't belong to the AT&T network" so it can't be unlocked. *Any help you could give me would be great.
