The issue in GetHuman-taggat's own words
Our bill increased from $*** per month to $*** per month after doing a buy an iphone ** get one free. The additional charge should be about $** ($* extra per month for the phone installement plan plus $** per month for the additional add on line. AT&T partially corrected the last billing to $*** but now the current billing is back to $***. We have made around *-** phone calls and spoke with reps but no one can get this billed corrected to the right amount. All they do is threaten to suspend the account is payment is not made.
GetHuman-taggat did not yet indicate what AT&T Wireless should do to make this right.
