Over the past * days I have been in contact with AT&T *x to change my u*** to u***. Each time I was told by the at&t person that they took care of it and I was all set up for u***. Unfortunately, I am still listed as having u*** & still being billed for it.*I want it changed now. I want the promotional packaged I supposedly got a few days ago--phone, internet & tv for $***, back dated to ***** when I was told the original change was made.
