Resolve billing issue ... I was a former employee with **% management discount. I left employment end of May. My bill did not change until late in October at which point it was moved to a crazy $*** per month.**I engaged in chat session on October **, **** with Kathy B who informed me my plan would be changed to $***.** per month for Uverse *** and U**. She also indicated i would be credited back the difference between my prior months charged and what the rate was supposed to be - i have email transcript of the conversation.**I called in to Customer Care on October **, **** to confirm the changes and agent Nickie Walls (nw****) informed me that the changes had not been made and no issuance of credit was on my file. Nickie indicated she would update my record to show the change, to plan and credit, as well as set up an appointment for a Uverse technician to come to my house on November *, **** to complete service.**I have followed up with Nickie on November * and November * as the Uverse technician did not show up for appointment and i am unclear as to what is happening to my plan and credit.**Please provide immediate response to my plan changes and credit due.**Thank you for your help.**Brian Catania
