I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the wireless service provided by AT&T at my home in Depoe Bay, Oregon. While I realize that our particular location may present some technical challenges, I am frustrated that some of my immediate neighbors apparently have usable wireless service and we do not. I am also frustrated that AT&T has not reached out to us to offer some kind of break on the expensive monthly fees that we pay, despite the lack of full service, let alone a proposed technical solution. One of our neighbors told us that AT&T offers some kind of "tower" that amplifies the signal that might help but after standing in line at your store in Lincoln City, Oregon for ** minutes to inquire about this I was informed by your employee that this "tower" is no longer offered and the solution was to get a new iPhone.
