I have a problem with reception. Signal gets lost every hour or more for at least * minutes then service is restored by itself. I have dealt with this for three weeks and many phone calls to tech support with no results. I was told today, finally, that a technician will have to come to the house to fix it but would not be able to do so for another ** days. This is totally unacceptable. I have waited * weeks until this and am ready to cancel and switch to another cable provider unless this problem is resolved* I expect to have this problem resolved quickly. Please see that an appointment be available in the next * days to resolve this problem. I will not wait for another ** days .. I have been a att customer for ** years and expect better service to a loyal customer.
