I am an existing AT&T customer. I need assistance with my U-verse regarding an error message I have received on my television screen. I have tried pushing the start*power button many, many times for ** seconds to reboot. I have tried unsuccessfully to unplug my television and power source from the wall and then push the reset button unsuccessfully. I am looking for a resolution to my problem. Thank you!
