Need monthly credit of past due charge of ***.**. This represents $***.** for wireless equipment charges appearing on my bill for many months. Months ago I went to an ATT store to have them verify that the amount of $**.** plus tax was to be a 'reimbursement'. After the store rep spent *.** hours speaking to * reps, he relayed that I needed to send a copy of the original DirectTV contract to corporate headquarters in Atlanta. Since then monthly when I call in to get the amount plus the monthly late charge of $*.** removed, I'm told the matter has been 'escalated' and I will receive a resolution in *-** business days. It is now many, many months later with no resolution. Each month I pay my bill, I have to call in to have these amounts credited so that I can pay the balance. I'm simply looking for resolution.
