The issue could be because you're manually entering the policy numbers, which could be sensitive to any typographical errors. Alternatively, the policies may not be appearing due to a system update or refresh. If you keep all policy documents in a secure place, refer back to them to make sure the policy numbers you're inputting are correct. Sometimes, the policy number format might include or exclude certain characters, so be sure to enter it exactly as it appears on your documentation.

AFLAC has a deadline for submitting claims which is typically within 60 days of the incident, accident, or diagnosis. However, this can vary slightly depending on the specific policy conditions. Therefore, it is important to file your claim as soon as possible to ensure it is accepted and processed in a timely manner. Claims submitted after the deadline may not be accepted. Complete and accurate documentation is crucial in claims processing.
