I obtained insurance with another carrier and AAA refuses to cancel my policy. All paperwork was faxed over including my request for cancellation. Nobody knows anything about it and still refuses to cancel at my request The funds keep getting taken out of my account and I have requested that stopped. My new insurance took effect on November **, ****. I am going to file fraud charges against AAA if any more monies are taken from my account. Cancel the insurance and send me a check for the refund I am due is what I want. Immediately. Angela Walker. ***-****
