During a visit to 7-11, my husband and I faced a troubling incident. We made purchases using two separate reward accounts for coffee and muffins. While the first transaction proceeded smoothly, the second led to a confrontation with the store owner. Despite explaining that we were using distinct reward accounts, the owner insisted on charging full price. The situation escalated quickly as the owner became hostile and began using inappropriate language towards us. In an attempt to intervene, my husband accidentally knocked over the coffee, prompting an aggressive reaction from the owner. He confronted my husband aggressively, causing fear and distress. We left the store feeling shaken, especially due to the owner's threatening behavior and the fact that he took pictures of us. This experience has left us deeply concerned for our safety and the well-being of other customers. We hope the appropriate authorities will address this alarming incident promptly.

My sister came across a shop on Instagram selling second-hand phones. Despite the suspicious prices, she decided to go through with the purchase after seeing posts from satisfied customers. She provided her details and address to the seller, who requested payment at a 7-Eleven store. After paying P10,[redacted] and receiving no response about shipping, my sister realized she had been scammed as the seller blocked her. We are looking to track down the scammer using the QR code provided for payment at 7-Eleven. Is there a way to trace the location where the QR code was generated with the help of the 7-Eleven team? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My sister was looking for a second-hand phone and found a shop on Instagram with sketchy prices. Despite the red flags, she decided to purchase. The seller asked for delivery details, my sister paid at 7-eleven, and then communication stopped. On New Year's Eve, the seller blocked her after she sent the payment receipt of ten thousand pesos. Unfortunately, she was scammed. We are wondering if it's possible to track the seller through the QR code used for payment at 7-eleven. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I had a troubling experience at a 7-Eleven recently. My fiancé, who is mentally disabled, faced extreme rudeness from a cashier while we were unsure about the balance on our card. The cashier was incredibly impolite and lacked patience. The situation escalated when other customers joined the line, and the cashier bluntly told my fiancé to hurry up. The encounter was completely inappropriate and highly unprofessional. This incident has left me deeply upset and disappointed with the level of customer service at this location. My fiancé, who already felt upset, was treated disrespectfully. I strongly believe that there should be disciplinary action against this employee to prevent such behavior in the future.

I visited the 7-Eleven located at [redacted] Bernardo CTR Dr. I frequently buy lottery tickets there. On Monday, 01/24/22, I went to claim my $16 winnings. I had two tickets, both with the Mega number 9, which pays x4. The cashier said I won $5, but I knew that was incorrect. Due to the busy store, I didn't address it then. Upon reflection, I believe the management should be informed about this cashier who seems untrustworthy with handling cash. This incident happened around 10 AM. The cashier, a tall white male, was the only one working at that time, and unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. I am not seeking the $11 discrepancy for myself, but I believe it's essential for the management to be aware of such behavior towards customers. Thank you, Sam Nunn.

This morning, I visited a 7-11 store at Berryessa and King Road in San Jose, CA with a friend. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from the cashier was unpleasant. While the cashier wouldn't have known, my friend had recently become an amputee below the knee due to an accident caused by a drunk driver. Despite dealing with various challenges like unemployment and delayed SSI Disability assistance, we enjoy visiting 7-11 for promotional food and drink offers. During this visit, my friend won $55 from a lottery scratcher and I tried to use some of that money to purchase additional scratchers after receiving the cash. However, the cashier rudely insisted I return to the end of the line, even after I had waited my turn patiently. The cashier's behavior, especially questioning me loudly in front of other customers, made me feel humiliated and disregarded. I believe her actions were discriminatory. I would appreciate hearing back from your office regarding this incident. Sincerely, Jesse

I am writing to express my concerns about the store located at [redacted] Bouquet Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA [redacted]. Over the past 5 years of being a customer at this store, I have observed a concerning shift towards it resembling more of a smoke shop. This change has made me hesitant to bring my kids to the store due to the prominent display of nicotine products and marijuana wraps that can be appealing to children. Recently, I have noticed a significant increase in the display of vape juices, hookah products, and vaporizers, which adds to my worries about teenagers accessing these items with ease. As a family-friendly store in a community that values law-abidance, I believe stricter measures should be in place to regulate the sale of such products to prevent underage access. I hope to receive a response addressing my concerns and feedback on how this issue will be handled.

I am having difficulty contacting [redacted] via email and speaking to someone directly. I have not received my W2 form from the store I used to work at, and due to past issues while trying to file for worker's compensation, I am unable to reach out to them directly. My lawyer is handling the compensation claim but cannot assist with obtaining my W2 form. I feel intimidated by the store owner and manager, making it challenging for me to request my W2. Unfortunately, I do not recall my employee code as it was rarely used before my termination. Can someone advise me on how to get my W2 form sent to me?

I walked into the 7-Eleven on Twain and Durango in Las Vegas and greeted the clerk, Chantay, by saying "good morning." Despite my polite greeting, she seemed dismissive and made a derogatory comment under her breath. When I tried to address the issue, she chose to ignore me and refused to engage with me further. Additionally, she was reluctant to let me use my accumulated points for a discount on my purchase, even though I had almost [redacted] points saved up. When I asked for her name, she responded rudely and with hostility. This behavior has been consistent during the shifts I have encountered her. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by Chantay and question the standards of the employees at this establishment.

I am frustrated with the 7-Eleven on Westmoreland and Illinois. Despite claiming to be a 24-hour store, I have encountered repeated issues with a staff member who locks the door to restock, missing out on serving customers and causing a loss of income for the store. The employee in question simply puts up a standard sign and ignores customers without explanation. As someone who works long hours, leaving the store at 3:25 a.m., I rely on accessible services like the ATM at 7-Eleven. This experience has inconvenienced me greatly, especially as I have responsibilities like paying my mother's caregiver. It is unacceptable for the worker to dismiss customers during advertised operating hours, leaving me with the need to find alternative stores to use the ATM.

I was purchasing emergency breakfast items for my children, who were on their way to school. Feeling rushed and occupied with ensuring I didn't miss any of my seven kids, I encountered an employee who was unfortunately sarcastic and disrespectful. I was upset by the negative and mocking comments this person made about my government aid. They even went as far as calling me names and telling me to leave the store. I am deeply disappointed by this behavior and feel discriminated against for being on welfare. I hope the store addresses this situation promptly.

Today around 12:30 PM, I went to the branch located at [redacted] W Thomas Rd Phoenix, AZ #[redacted], and the teller refused to serve me. I stood in front of the counter to make a payment, but he didn't let me speak and just said the cash registers were not in service. I asked if any were available, and he said no. I left and saw another person enter and get served without any issue. This isn't the first time this has happened; my husband also experiences this when trying to pay rent. It's unfair that just because we don't speak English, we are treated differently. I hope they improve their service as this is the nearest branch to us.

After leaving church in NC, I stopped at 7-11 in Chesapeake, VA for a Big Gulp. To my surprise, the clerk charged $1.97, claiming it was the price including taxes. I argued that it was only $.87 the previous night. The misunderstanding made me feel reluctant to return. As a senior, I value clarity in pricing and expect employees to know the correct costs. I left without causing further confusion but will avoid going back if those clerks are present. I believe it's important for staff to be informed about the products they are selling.

Recently, I've discovered that a new 7-11 is planned to be constructed beside a car wash at the intersection of Ball Road and Sunkist St in Anaheim, CA [redacted]. The previous strip mall at that location now sits abandoned, with boarded-up buildings, graffiti, broken windows, and overgrown weeds. While the building owner has met all requirements and obtained the necessary permits, the project is stalled due to 7-11's delays in submitting revised store plans to the City of Anaheim Planning Department. As a local resident and frequent 7-11 patron, I am concerned about the impact of this delay on the neighborhood and urge 7-11 to expedite the plan submission process to allow the project to move forward promptly. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate department at 7-11 for swift action. Thank you for addressing this matter. Best, Al S.

I made a transaction at the 7-11 on [redacted] W Slaughter Lane in Austin, Texas, on June 21, [redacted]. The transaction was charged twice to my account. After contacting the 7-11 customer service line for help with a refund, I received a scripted response advising me to contact my financial institution. I insisted that 7-11 should handle the refund since I only entered my PIN once. Despite requesting to speak directly with 7-11 to resolve the issue, I faced more scripted responses. It seems 7-11 has outsourced all their customer service, creating a frustrating experience. This is not the service I expect from a company I have been loyal to for years. -Johnie M.

I recently had a concerning experience with a Sunoco gas pump at a 7-11 station. Over the course of a week, my account was charged $[redacted] daily, resulting in a significant loss for me. I took action by placing a stop payment on the transactions and canceling my card. I provided detailed documentation to the station manager, who avoided addressing the issue. Despite Bank of America initially crediting my account for fraud, they later reversed the decision, stating it was my fault for using the card at the pump. The situation appears to be more about accounting discrepancies at the store rather than a skimming device. After some investigation, it was discovered that 7-11 was checking my account with $1 charges before deducting $[redacted] shortly after. I am now seeking guidance on how to recover my funds.

I visited the 7-Eleven store located at X6WX+CF, Dandenong South VIC [redacted] yesterday to purchase fuel. Using pump number one, I bought fuel for $29.72 around 7:00 pm. The cashier, a lady, informed me of the amount, and I made the payment using my husband's bank card under the name Melaj Loku Thuththiripitige. However, upon checking my bank statement today, I noticed I was charged $[redacted].72, an amount significantly higher than what I had purchased. I went back to the store this morning, but a different staff member was unable to assist as the transaction was processed by someone else. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I bought a car charger that doesn't charge my phone. I tried to return it at several stores, but they all refused without my debit card. According to 7-Eleven's customer service policy, I should be able to return it to any store for a refund or exchange. However, they are not honoring this, and the manager wants me to come back tomorrow. I live an hour and a half away and my town doesn't have a 7-Eleven. I need those funds for gas to get home. Date & Time of Event: 09/11/[redacted] At approximately 02:46 PM on a Saturday, my name is Gabriel Papoko Pimentel. I am a business owner with a clean record and have never been arrested or received a ticket. Unfortunately, I experienced a distressing incident at the Seven Eleven franchise on Tropicana and Mountain Vista involving the manager Andrea, who accused me of stealing cigarettes. Despite denying the accusation and offering to look at any evidence, the situation escalated with offensive remarks exchanged. My attorney has advised against returning to the store until further investigation. I kindly request that the manager refrains from harassing me, apologizes for the false accusations, and allows me to redeem my $5 free play. Your timely assistance in resolving this issue is appreciated to avoid legal actions. Thank you for your help. Gabriel Pimentel Papoko PG IRA LLC.

There is an employee named Jennifer at the [redacted] on [redacted] Quimby Rd in San Jose. She has blonde hair and works night shifts. On multiple occasions, I have observed her giving free beer to customers who are already highly intoxicated. This is concerning, especially as I witnessed one individual leave after receiving free beer and drive away while intoxicated. This behavior needs to be addressed to prevent potential incidents of drunk driving.
