I am a homeless veteran who attempted to add cash to my Cash App card at a 7/11 store in Logan, Utah. Despite confirming the transaction, the cash never appeared on my card since December 30, [redacted]. The store staff have refused to assist me in getting my money back, and my numerous calls to both them and the complaint department of Cash App have been met with lies. It has been nearly a year of unjustly losing my hard-earned money. I possess evidence in the form of a paper trail and security footage which clearly show the transaction. On Tuesday, October 18th, around 12:45, I visited the 7-Eleven on SPID and Waldron Rd to add money to my Cash App using dimes and quarters. The coins were all legitimate U.S. currency. I encountered an employee named Jack who displayed hostility and disapproval towards my choice of payment method, claiming that such a large coin payment was not acceptable. Despite American money being legal tender, Jack refused to proceed with my transaction, resulting in $1,[redacted].16 in late fees due to missed payments. I used to enjoy walking into this store and being greeted warmly, but unfortunately, the service has declined. Despite the store being great, the staff at Store #[redacted] lack customer service skills and seem prejudiced. On 10/19/22 at around 10:10am, I walked in and found only a few customers, with two leaving the grill section. As the only customer left waiting, a female clerk and a male clerk were talking and ignored me. After being disregarded for about 10 minutes, I had to say "excuse me" multiple times before the female clerk slowly came over, claiming her manager was discussing something with her. The manager, who didn't utter a word, simply put on his coat and left. Despite feeling upset, I remained composed, completed my purchase, and left the store.

I recently got gas, and the station did a pre-authorization of $50 on my card. I need that money back today because I have a vet appointment for my dog who required surgery. I ordered pizza and fruit, but only received 2 out of 7 items, and they were completely wrong. My family is hungry now. I urgently request a call back to fix this. I had mentioned that if certain items were unavailable, the order should be canceled before delivery. Despite this request, the order was delivered missing the pizza, fruit, and a drink. I paid over $30 but received less than $10 worth of items. The pizza should have triggered immediate cancellation. If the order had been canceled, I would still have the $30 to buy food elsewhere for my family.

I visited your store located at [redacted] 14th St West around 6:30 this morning. The incident occurred when I was purchasing a pack of cigarettes and mistakenly swiped my card instead of inserting it. The clerk reacted rudely, instructing me to insert the card with profanity. Amidst the escalating tension, the manager interfered aggressively, throwing a bottle of orange juice at me, which struck my chest. As I attempted to address the mistreatment, the situation further deteriorated with abusive language and actions from the manager. Subsequently, I was compelled to leave the premises following the hostile encounter. I overheard continued verbal abuse from the manager even after I exited the store. I am requesting a copy of the store's security footage to document the inappropriate behavior and unwarranted physical assault I experienced during my visit. I have a concern about the 7-Eleven at the Bupyeung, Incheon location near the subway station. The store associate swiped my card for payment, but claims the transaction was unsuccessful. However, my card balance was deducted, and the transaction is showing on my statement.
Despite this, the store associate refused to give me the items I paid for, insisting the transaction didn't go through. As a Canadian who doesn't speak Korean fluently, I had difficulty explaining my situation.
Even with evidence of the transaction, the clerk still maintained that the store didn't receive the payment. It seems like a machine error, but I shouldn't be held responsible for the store's faulty equipment. After the clerk processed my payment and my card was charged $15 USD, it's unfair to shift the blame to me regarding the missing funds.

Hello, I hope you are well. I am here to file a complaint about the employees at 7-Eleven in San Benito County. I have a special needs son who has a service dog. I recently visited the store to buy medicine and was rudely stopped by a lady who refused to let my service dog inside, even though there were no signs prohibiting it. Despite explaining the situation, she adamantly refused to serve me, displaying poor customer service skills. I have heard similar complaints from others about her behavior. I recently purchased gas at your 7-Eleven in Land O Lakes, store number [redacted], on September 30. The cashier, a guy named Matt, asked me to prepay. I handed him my card for $30, but my car only took $26.53. I asked for a receipt showing the difference, but Matt was rude and did not provide one. I'm being told by my boss that I've missed several shifts and need a doctor's note to return. I've never been asked for one before, and I was absent due to the flu. I can't get a note now since I'm healthy and healthcare providers are overwhelmed with flu and COVID cases. My manager has been treating me unfairly due to personal reasons which has resulted in a reduction of my shifts to just one 8-hour shift per week despite my request for full-time hours. Colleagues have been spreading lies about me, leading to me being unfairly reprimanded. I have noticed an employee at [redacted] N Akard in Dallas, Texas who seems to believe he is management. Despite being a regular customer, he often makes me wait while he scrolls on his phone or finishes his food. It is clear that his priority is not customer service but his own convenience. I've previously reported his smoking in front of the store, which I haven't observed lately, but his lack of service is still unacceptable and frustrating. He behaves as if he is doing customers a favor, which is outrageous. It appears as if he believes the customers owe 7-11 and should tolerate poor service. I wonder how long this business practice of neglecting customer service will be sustainable. I am very upset by this situation.

I visited the 7-Eleven at [redacted] William Floyd Parkway in Shirley, NY [redacted]. The cashier, Suzanne, accused me of possibly stealing the item I was purchasing. It was a 2-dollar item, and her accusation was unnecessary as I was there to pay for it. This incident occurred on Tuesday, March 28, [redacted], around 11:00 AM. Suzanne, the cashier, was in her late 50s, short, heavyset, with brown hair. I am a regular shopper at 7-Eleven, but I was deeply offended by this experience.
