At 7-Eleven, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our valued customers. Our refund policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a purchase made at any of our locations, kindly return the item within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as tobacco, lottery tickets, and gift cards, are non-refundable. For defective products, please bring them back within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt to exchange or receive a full refund.
