The evening shift workers have been extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They consistently fail to honor discounts after entering the phone number, causing customers like me to miss out on the savings. On top of that, they even took my heavy-duty 20-inch flashlight, which I had for over 12 years. When I realized it was missing and returned to the store, they refused to check the security cameras, indicating their involvement.
Moreover, I have a receipt showing I was overcharged for a cheese pizza, further adding to my dissatisfaction with their service. It's disheartening to see such dishonest behavior, and I feel anxious about going to the store at night. Based on their discrepancies, I suspect there may be a significant discrepancy between the register count and the computer total, possibly leading to a daily surplus of $25 to $50.

I visited the 7-Eleven in Palmetto, FL and was unfairly kicked out and accused of stealing, despite being a frequent customer. I spend a lot of time there and have never stolen anything. Additionally, I was in the process of applying for a job there, had submitted all required paperwork, but was told the manager didn't have access to the hiring system. I waited for 3 weeks without any response.

At 4:44 am, I entered a 7-Eleven in Rohnert Park, California, with no other customers present. I tried to purchase an item with three dollar bills and coins, as there were no other customers to attend to. Despite my willingness to help, the cashier declined. This cashier is the laziest I have ever encountered; the ice machine is always out of order, and there are never any snacks available because of his laziness. He is very rude compared to the helpful cashiers at other 7-Eleven stores. The management should investigate this store as the lack of sales might be due to this unhelpful employee.

Yesterday, I placed an order for a 12 pack of Budweiser beer from 7-Eleven, and it arrived promptly as expected. However, I encountered an issue with the delivery. I purchased a drink from the 7-Eleven store on Oliveros St. in Padilla, Antipolo Rizal. The cashier's name was Aileen Andrade. Despite knowing the policy of not selling alcoholic beverages to minors, I complied and showed her my identification. However, I was surprised by the cashier's attitude towards me, with even her coworker reacting to her behavior. The night manager at the 7-Eleven located at [redacted] Featherstone Rd, Woodbridge, VA asked us to leave because he refused to make us a pizza and wouldn't give us onions when we asked. He got upset, told us to go, and not come back to this 7-Eleven. This is the second time the same incident has occurred, and I feel offended, especially since I frequently visit this store with my children. It's not fair that we were asked to leave, and on top of that, the police were called for no reason. I feel disrespected, thank you for your attention.

Whenever I visit the 7-Elevens in Fort Morgan, Colorado, the employees consistently struggle to handle using American Spirit cigarette coupons. Despite wanting to save money with these coupons, I encounter difficulties as they are unsure how to process them. Additionally, when attempting to use Cash App, they often defer to a manager instead of handling it themselves. The overall level of customer service is lacking; the employees are unfriendly and show little willingness to assist. Today, Brenda refused to process the coupon and made a snide remark, while Michelle was the exception as she helped me out. I hope 7-Eleven can improve their customer service by having more employees like Michelle, as my recent experience with Brenda has led me to decide not to return to 7-Eleven.

My son purchased a slice of pepperoni pizza at the 7/11 on #1 Spruce Village Way. When he got home, we discovered that the pizza was burnt and black. It was as hard as a rock when bitten into.
