On March 27 at 17:37, I made a RM 39.90 purchase for an item in Genshin Impact via Google Play at 7-Eleven #[redacted] in Peringat, Kelantan. Unfortunately, I realized the code I used was expired since March 26 after completing the purchase without any errors appearing. Despite having the receipt, I did not receive the game items or Google Play receipt. I am unsure if there was an issue with the cashier or how I can get a refund to make a new payment. It seems like I paid for nothing. A notification should have indicated that the code was outdated and the payment was invalid. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this. Thank you and have a nice day.

I frequent the 7-11 located on the corner of West Oakland Park Blvd and have encountered an exceptionally rude employee on multiple occasions. The other night, I observed him sitting outside in what appeared to be a homeless manner before he came in and failed to wash his hands before handling food at the counter. However, the tipping point was during my recent visit. He made loud disruptive noises while restocking shelves and was visibly annoyed by my presence. When I attempted to enter my phone number for an order, he intentionally prevented me from doing so and proceeded to rudely complete the transaction. His behavior towards my friend was also disrespectful. This conduct is unacceptable for someone in customer service. It is evident that retraining or termination is necessary. Other customers have expressed their dissatisfaction, indicating a decline in business due to this behavior. This particular employee, distinguishable by his long gray hair, lacks the basic courtesy shown by other staff members. I appreciate your attention to this matter for the sake of improving customer experience. Signed, Iggy.

I recently visited your store in Johnstown West End and unfortunately experienced racial profiling by your employees. Despite the person in front of me being able to purchase cigarettes without being carded, I was asked for identification. It was evident the only difference was that the individual in front of me was black. The store seems chaotic at night, with long checkout lines taking up to 20 minutes. It's crucial that all customers are treated equally and not judged based on the color of their skin. I was even referred to as a cop by one of the employees. If you aim to maintain a successful store like Alicia does, changes need to be made promptly.

I visited the [redacted] on Tyvola in Charlotte, NC. I chose my items, brought them to the register, and swiped my card. The screen showed approved, but the clerk claimed it didn't go through. After attempting the transaction again, he said I owed $40+, even though my card balance showed 0. When I asked to see the receipt, the clerk was uncooperative and pretended to call the manager. He tried to pressure me into paying in cash, but I confirmed through the card balance hotline that he had charged my card three times. Despite me catching on and requesting a bag for my purchase, the clerk still insisted on cash only, attempted to alter the receipt, and continued to argue. This was the second time I've been scammed at this location; the first time, about two weeks ago, involved a similar situation where I was overcharged by around $50.

I recently visited your Terven Ave location in Salinas, CA. I ordered a whole pizza in-store and specifically requested a pepperoni pizza only, which I repeated two more times. However, upon returning home after a double shift, I discovered the pizza contained sausage and ham which I am allergic to. I emphasized pepperoni only due to my allergy, but the employee still prepared the wrong pizza despite acknowledging my request when confirming the amount due. Thankfully, I avoided eating the pizza and went to bed instead, aware of my allergy. Considering the potential health risk and poor service, I kindly seek resolution for this disappointing experience as a regular customer. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to how your company will address this issue.
Sincerely,
A loyal customer.

I would like to file a complaint about the 7 Eleven located at Persiaran Pokok Sena in my neighborhood. Whenever I attempt to make an online payment, I receive poor service from the staff. They are frequently offline, leading me to travel to a store far from my home instead. This issue isn't exclusive to me; my sister experienced extended waiting times at the counter when she visited. This lack of responsibility and service is disappointing. I urge the management to address this promptly. The staff's behavior has left me and others feeling frustrated every time we try to make an online transaction. It's essential for the employees to fulfill their duties effectively.

I tried contacting you a week ago but never received a call back. On Tuesday, August 3rd, my grandkids and I visited the 7-11 located at [redacted] Washington St in Northglenn, CO. Although we saw a sign mandating masks, no one in the store was wearing them. When I inquired about it, the employee just shrugged. Despite my granddaughter wanting a slurpee, the machines were not functioning, leading to customer frustration. The cherry slurpee has been unavailable for months during my visits. I attempted to purchase ice, but was told that the registers were down, preventing transactions. After waiting for a while with no resolution, an employee mentioned calling the police when I tried to leave. This incident frightened my grandkids. To top it off, a younger employee was rude and made inappropriate gestures towards me in the parking lot. I anticipate a response or will escalate this issue further with 7-11. Such conduct and the store's condition are completely unacceptable. - Patti Carr

I frequent a particular 7-Eleven regularly to buy lottery tickets and snacks. I typically order the same set of numbers with various combinations but always opt for a $1.00 straight/box play, believing it boosts my chances of winning, even if the prize is smaller. To my surprise, I recently won a smaller amount with a different number combination, only to discover the cashier had mistakenly given me a straight play ticket, which I never intended to purchase. Despite being a regular customer for months without issue, this error occurred on the very day my numbers hit, leaving me frustrated. I seek support from the cashiers who recognize me and can confirm my usual play style with multiple past tickets purchased at the store. As I am short on time, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

On the 29th, at 3 pm, I visited the 7e Klebang Kechil branch. Upon entering, three staff members were sitting, laughing, and seemed indifferent. When I tried to pay, they suddenly said my card couldn't be used. Why didn't they inform me when I entered? They were too busy laughing. They should have told me when I came in, not wait until it was time to pay. Your staff was very rude. This is the worst behavior I have ever encountered. You should give proper training to your staff. When I come next time, make sure to treat me properly. Imagine if it was an elderly person. Your staff had the audacity to ask me, "Do you want to make a complaint?" after two workers were behaving rudely and laughing like fools. Do something about it. They didn't even try my card. Who knows if it could have worked then. So disrespectful. They completely neglected the standard operating procedures. Open the CCTV footage now and see. I will not forgive your staff for their behavior.

As a dedicated 7-Eleven employee, I have been attempting to contact my Regional Manager without success. Despite asking my Store Manager multiple times, she has refused to provide me with Kevin's contact number. I believe this is unacceptable. If my understanding is correct, withholding this information may even be unlawful. I need to speak with him urgently. As a diligent employee who has worked overnight shifts for the past 5 months at store [redacted] under the name Tonya J., I take pride in keeping the store clean. I have aspirations of managing my store one day. Please assist me in obtaining Kevin's contact information as soon as possible; it is crucial. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. Tonya J., Employee ID: [redacted]. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulty adding a virtual card to my 7-11 Wallet. A week ago, I was successful in adding a card, but it has been replaced since then. The old card stopped working on the app, and now the new virtual card is not being uploaded to the wallet. I contacted the card issuer, and they confirmed that the card is active and can be used for online purchases.

I visited the 7-11 in South Lake Tahoe, Ca located at [redacted] Lake Tahoe Blvd today in the early afternoon. I intended to purchase 7-Up, which was advertised at the price of 2 for $3.50. However, at the cashier, I was told the total was $5.87. When I mentioned the sign, the employee acknowledged it was old but refused to adjust the price. I requested to speak to Corporate and was met with further resistance. After a back-and-forth exchange, I was only allowed to purchase one soda at the correct price after insisting. This encounter was extremely unpleasant, as I experienced harassment and pressure from the employee during the transaction. I have taken steps to report this incident to the City of South Lake Tahoe.

I bought a TracFone card at the 7-Eleven in Bonita Springs last night. The manager, Cody, assisted me. He mentioned I needed numbers from the receipt to add the minutes to my phone. However, the receipt printed incorrectly, making it unreadable. Despite my request, Cody refused to refund my money, preventing me from adding minutes to my brother's phone. This situation is distressing as my brother is facing financial difficulties with a sick child in the hospital and no working phone. When I suggested having the phone card rung up on another register for a readable receipt, Cody declined, citing no returns or risking shorting the drawer. Even when I offered to leave my receipt for his reconciliation later, Cody persisted with his refusal.

The fuel service at the 7-11 located at [redacted] Old Fort Rd in Fort Washington, MD has severely declined. Many pumps have been out of service for months, with new ones frequently breaking down to replace them. To make matters worse, the operational pumps are very slow, taking 30 seconds or more to dispense a gallon of fuel. While I acknowledge that this is a privately owned franchise, it reflects poorly on the 7-11 brand overall.

I placed an order on the [redacted] app that was delivered by DoorDash. However, I faced issues with the app not scanning my ID for the purchased cigarettes and had to ask the dasher to return the items to the store. I was informed I was refunded. Then, I tried placing another order and encountered the same problem with the ID scan. After contacting DoorDash customer support, I was told that only [redacted] could issue a refund since the funds were directly sent to them. I am still in need of a refund for the two orders that I did not receive due to the ID scanning issue on the app.

I had a really bad experience with the service at the store. I wanted to inquire about the Might White combo, but the cashier was quite unfriendly. I asked about the combo, and even though the male staff was new, he tried to scan it. The price wasn't right, and I said it was okay to cancel. He then called a female staff over who was very rude. In front of me, she said, "What's wrong?" with a very rude tone and expression, even though she was wearing a mask. She was the same person I asked about the combo price earlier. Please address this issue as it was very disrespectful. This happened at the 7 Eleven in Plaza Malim, Melaka.

I recently made a purchase at [redacted] N. Las Vegas Blvd, [redacted], and the clerk requested my telephone number without giving an explanation. I am concerned about customer security and the impact on the line speed, particularly in such a busy store. Despite being a regular customer for twenty years, I consistently feel a lack of kindness and sometimes face sarcasm from the clerks at store #[redacted]. It seems the clerks intentionally test the patience of customers, which is frustrating. I strive to follow their procedures diligently, even though the interaction with the clerks has never been pleasant. I tried to return some bottles at a 7-Eleven on [redacted], as per the information I found online. However, when I got there, the employee refused to accept the return without the presence of their manager. I explained that they only needed to count the bottles, as it was a small amount worth about $5 that I needed for gas to reach a family gathering. Now, I may miss the event as I am stranded here until someone can process the return of these bottles.

I had a negative experience with a store clerk named Kellin at store #[redacted]. She was on her phone, refused to provide general store information, and claimed to be the store manager while texting and gossiping. I accidentally overpaid in a transaction, but she declined to refund me as she did not provide a receipt. I found the necessary information online instead of receiving it from her. Her behavior was unprofessional, and I am concerned about the situation.
