What are the hours and when should I call?
H2O Wireless operates the call center for this 800-643-4926 phone number 24 hours, 7 days. The short answer is that you should call on a Monday. This observation and the following section are based on analysis of a sample set of 1,288 calls made in the last 90 days using our free, web-based phone (see above).
When you use our free AI-powered phone to call and talk, wait on hold, or navigate for you, it will automatically wait until the H2O Wireless call center opens before trying to call. It will ask your permission before it places the call, so you can also further delay that scheduled call until you are ready. But that means you can "set it and forget it" ahead of time.
An important note: busy times vs hold times vs best time to call
When we refer to busy or less busy times, we are talking about the volume of calls. The busiest times are when the most people are calling this H2O Wireless phone number (least busy times have fewer people calling). This high call volume does not necessarily mean that you will have a long hold time when you call. Companies like H2O Wireless staff their call centers differently based on the time of day and day of the week, so you may experience a shorter wait on hold at the busiest of times. When we refer to the best time to call, we are referring to the optimal combination of lower call volume and shorter wait times.
The least busy time to call
The least busy day to call H2O Wireless is Sunday. The most busy day to call is Thursday, which averages 85% more phone calls by comparison.Again, this is based on a sample of 1,288 calls made with our AI-powered, web-based phone in the last 90 days.

The shortest wait on hold
We measured the shortest hold times to be on Monday. The longest wait in the queue on average occurs on Wednesday, which is 436% longer than the minimum. As you can see, there is more fluctuation in hold time over the course of the week than there is in call volume.
In summation, the best day to call H2O Wireless is Monday. It isn't the least busy day, but the fact that hold times are shortest combined with it being on the busy side tells us that H2O Wireless staffs up on Monday to handle the higher call volume, and that makes it the best time to call.
Calling H2O Wireless was really straightforward, as I was able to easily navigate through the system and speak with a representative. I was initially asked for my language, then told that I could move back to the main menu at any time.
I was then asked if I was an existing customer or if I would like to learn more about getting an H2O Wireless plan. I chose the latter, and was told that I could go online for information or hold for a representative.
I waited about a minute for a representative to get on the line, and once that happened, I was asked to provide my information. Not wanting to do so, I instead asked directly for information about H2O Wireless' available plans. When I did, I was told that I could pay $20 a month for unlimited talk and text, and all of H2O Wireless' plans would include unlimited talk and text options. The difference between the prices would come from the amount of data that my plan used each month. He then explained that as another example, I could double the size of data that my phone used and would increase my price to $30 per month.
Additionally, I could opt to pay for a yearly plan, where I would pay one price of $60 at once and would have the same features as the monthly plan without having to pay again for a full 12 months. I thanked him for the information, and he asked if there was anything else that I needed. I said there was not, and he thanked me for considering H2O Wireless and ended the call.
I thought this was a great interaction; I got all the information I needed and was easily able to get through the system. I would definitely use this number again if I needed assistance.

Information about why customers call H2O Wireless is extracted from issues that customers have reported to GetHuman.
If phone-based customer service is not available, or the wait times are long, many people prefer chat as a next-best option. Some even prefer it to calling on the phone. Luckily, H2O Wireless provides this option.
As a last, sometimes only, resort- H2O Wireless customer service can be accessed through their website. This can entail digging through help articles before finding a form and "being allowed" to submit a problem to their team, and rarely leads to a real-time conversation, which is why GetHuman does not recommend this unless it's the only way.
