the photo for a group disappeared when my images were archived. How do a upload an image for the group photo?

To upload an image for the group photo, follow these steps: 1. Go to the group page on Zenfolio. 2. Click on 'Edit' which you can find near the top of the screen. 3. Select 'Group Cover Photo'. 4. On the pop-up that appears, choose 'Select a Photo'. 5. This action will direct you to your photo galleries. Browse and select the photo you want to use as your group cover. 6. Click 'Apply' then make sure to save your changes. That's it! The photo you have selected should now appear as the cover photo for your group.

To download an image to a group in Zenfolio, first, ensure you're logged into your account. Navigate to the "Photos" tab and find the image you want to download. Click on the image to open it, then select the "Download" option that pops up. Don't forget to save the image someplace safe and easy to remember on your computer. Next, navigate to the group where you want to add the image and click the "Add Photos" button. Locate the image file you've just saved on your computer and upload it. If the image doesn't appear immediately, refresh the page. Please note that you need to have sufficient permissions to upload images to a group.

Photos at the top of my website gallery are 50% translucent and appear faded. As you scroll down, they slowly appear correctly.

This effect happens as a part of the design of some Zenfolio themes. They may implement a "fade in" effect as a visual feature. The photos begin as partially translucent and become fully opaque when you scroll down. If you prefer all your photos to appear fully opaque immediately, you may need to change your website's theme or modify the theme settings. You can do this by going into Customize Website View mode and adjusting the settings until you get an appearance that is more to your liking.

Every one of my galleries pulls up “You have been blocked”

"We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your Zenfolio galleries. If you're seeing a 'You have been blocked' message, it could be due to many reasons, but typically, it's because of exceeded rate limits or due to site security settings. If you're a photographer, make sure your clients haven't used incorrect passwords multiple times as this can trigger a temporary block. On Zenfolio, there's an option to whitelist IP addresses, which can prevent you from getting blocked. If the issue persists, we recommend checking your Zenfolio security settings or contacting Zenfolio's customer support for further assistance."
