How Do I Use My Zappos Gift Card for My Purchase?

1. Choose Your Gift Card

Click Place Order. You will receive an email with a link to the status page. Contact Zappos customer service if it doesn't show up within a specified time frame. You'll receive the order confirmation and tracking information from Zappos via email. The email will contain a link to your order history to view details about your past purchases and check on shipment status. The gift card balance is also accessible through this link.
