The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. For returns made within 30 days, we offer a full refund to the original form of payment. After 30 days, we issue store credit. However, certain items such as swimwear, underwear, and beauty products are final sale and not eligible for return. Additionally, online orders can be returned in-store, and online returns can be shipped back to us.
