What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Upscale Shoes is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns on shoes that have been worn or damaged. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and we strive to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
