What is the return policy?
Our return policy at Shoesteal.com allows customers to return any unworn and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Returns are accepted either online or by directly contacting our customer service team. To initiate the return process, customers need to obtain a return authorization number from our customer service. Any returned items must be in their original packaging and include all the tags attached. Additionally, footwear should be returned in its original shoebox. Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
