Tumi's cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their orders within a specific timeframe. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy for any unwanted items.
