Yes, Tumi allows returns and exchanges on eligible items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receipt or exchange it for a different item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
