Have you used Thumbtack before? If you've deactivated your account and are ready to make money with Thumbtack again, read this article to learn how to reactivate your account.
If you're ready to try Thumbtack again, all you need to do is fill out the reactivation form. You'll need to provide your first name, last name and email address in the reactivation form. Also, you'll be asked to choose why you're deactivating your account and why you're returning. Just select a reason from the dropdown menu. If you don't see any option that fits, select Another Reason from the dropdown menu and provide details.
After submitting it for review, wait for Thumbtack to get back to you within three days. If you don't hear from them after three days, please contact Customer Support.
For new users, remember that deactivating your account also means you lose all the good reviews you've received, projects you've uploaded and profile information. You won't be able to recover them even after reactivating your account.
While it's easy to reactivate your Thumbtack account, choosing other options before deactivating it is recommended. As a Thumbtack user, you also have the option to remove your services (instead of fully deactivating your account), hide your business or turn off targeting. Your account will still be active, letting you keep important information such as reviews received and projects uploaded.
If you choose to hide your business, customers can't contact or find you. You can hide your business for 30 days at a time. When you turn off targeting, you won't be getting any leads. You also won't be charged for leads when targeting is temporarily off. Removing your service just means deleting whatever services you've advertised. You can always add them again in the future.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
