How Do I Track My Order with Tbdress?
After ordering your new outfit, you can track TBDress orders, to find out when it has been shipped, and when you can expect delivery. Head to the website and Sign In to your account. Select My Orders and you can check the status of your item.

After placing an order for a brand new outfit, the excitement of waiting for it to arrive can sometimes be too much. Luckily, this can be done very easily by tracking your order through your TBDress account.
- Head to the TBDress website and log into your account using the Sign In button in the top right-hand corner.
- Under Returning Customer, enter the email address that and password that you set up your account with and placed the order. Click Sign In.
- Alternatively, if you signed up to TBDress using your Facebook, Paypal, or Google account, click on the relevant button. This will pull up a pop-up window for you to log in.
- Once logged in, hover over the person symbol in the top right and select My Orders from the drop-down list.
- Find the order and it will tell you the status.
You can also follow this link to track TBDress orders through its Order Tracking page. Your order number is found at the top of the confirmation email or invoice you received when you placed your order. Enter your email address and hit View Order Details to see the status of your order.
If you haven't received an order confirmation or can't find the number, contact TBDress customer services. On its website, hover over Customer Service in the top-right.
